Synapse is the annual techno-cultural festival of the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT). Usually held in the end of February, this festival invites all technocrats and artisans of the world over to come and partake in a three day long celebration of technology and culture. Synapse is best described as the getting together of some of the finest and most creative contemporary minds. Be it the sheer brilliance behind the business ideas, the wonderful, carefree nature and skills behind the cultural platter or the witty, non-conventional thinking behind the technical events, Synapse has it all; in a quantity and quality to make the by-stander stare in awe.
Odyssey, Kernel, Surge, Nexus, BattleDrome, Overclock are some of the events under the Technical Banner. Masquerade, Seventh Avenue, Zing, Synapcity are the various events categories under the Cultural banner. There are various online events too.
