BSNL BROADBAND ERROR NO: 691
REMEDY: This ERROR is caused due to the username and password used by you. To overcome this call to 12678 and inform them about the problem by using your INTERNET SECTION NUMBER. thats all you can get rid of the problem.
BSNL BROADBAND ERROR NO: 769
REMEDY:This is caused due to the disabling of LAN CONNECTION in your COMPUTER/SYSTEM.To overcome this problem follow the below steps:
Goto DESKTOP-->START MENU-->CONNECT T-->SHOW ALL CONNECTIONS-->RIGHT CLICK ON LAN and select ENABLE. Thats all the problem will be solved.
BSNL BROADBAND ERROR NO: 797
REMEDY: This ERROR is being caused due to the LAN DRIVERS or the MODEM. To overcome this you once SWITCH OFF the MODEM’S (ON condition) RESET BUTTON and wait for two minutes and try again to connect. Even then if the problem is not yet solved then call your Computer Mechanic and make him check your LAN DRIVERS.
BSNL BROADBAND ERROR NO: 718
REMEDY: This is caused due to the Corruptness of PPPOE SOFTWARE or if the broadband users at a time try to access the INTERNET beyond the system’s capacity. Then try to connect to INTERNET after some time even if it is not solved then consult your respective Junior Engineer(J.E) and make him load the respective SOTWARE and get rid of the problem.
